Herts Nitro Model Club welcomes new drivers or visitors to race without having to join the club, although there is an additional fee over and above the normal race fee. Visitors are permitted to race provided they hold a valid BRCA membership

Race fees for members are £5.00 adult and £2.50 junior or £10.00 adult and £5.00 for non-members

Annual club fees are £37.00 for adults and 324.50 for juniors, which includes BRCA membership

Herts Nitro Model Club, formally Sandy Nitro Model Club, offers a purpose built track at Westmill Farm
It is the Clubs, and the proprietors of Westmill Farm, vision to be the best track in the U.K. The track offers a purpose built rostrum, AMB computerised lap timing, on site toilets and plenty of parking space.

The Club runs 1/8 scale nitro powered  radio controlled off road cars which fall into two categories, Rallycrosss buggies. trucks and truggies
These cars are powered by two stroke nitro engines which can rev up to 44,000rpm, approx. 2.5bhp and can reach speeds of 50mph
